Pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act of 1964 as amended, (CJA), (18 U.S.C. § 3006A) and the Guidelines for the Administration of the Criminal Justice Act, Volume VII, Guide ot Judicial Policies and Procedures (CJA Guidelines), the Judges of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois adopt this Plan for the furnishing representation in this court for any person financially unable to obtain adequate representation in accordance with the CJA.
